NexusAI provides a web interface for interacting with OpenAI's language models using your own API key. We are not affiliated with OpenAI. Your use of OpenAI's API is also subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use.
3. Your API Key
You are solely responsible for your OpenAI API key and any charges incurred through its use. Do not share your API key with others. If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately at platform.openai.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NexusAI to:
- Generate illegal content or content that violates OpenAI's usage policies
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent AI safety measures
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Generate spam, malware, or phishing content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Intellectual Property
The NexusAI interface, design, and code are our property. Content you generate using AI models is subject to OpenAI's terms. We claim no ownership over your conversations or generated content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
NexusAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI responses may be inaccurate โ always verify important information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We'll post changes here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
